ADP

At ADP…

We’re changing the world of work. As a global Human Capital Management leader, we innovate cloud-based solutions for our 650,000 clients in more than 100 countries around the world. And it gets better: our commitments to being a more human resource have earned us recognition as a Fortune Most Admired Company for eight years in a row.

We believe people make great companies, not the other way around. Our people make all the difference in cultivating a down-to-earth culture that welcomes unique perspectives and encourages fresh ideas.  Only by bringing people together from all parts of the world, with different backgrounds, beliefs and lifestyles, are we able to change the world of work for the better.

From grass root efforts to the C-Suite, diversity is embedded into everything we do. Take it from our President & CEO, Carlos Rodriguez: “ADP’s commitment to diversity and inclusion runs from the bottom up and the top down – it’s part of who we are at ADP. Our associates play an active role in advancing diversity and inclusion, and our leadership is accountable for accelerating that work and measuring its impact and success.”

We bring our sabor to work. Through our Hispanic Business Resource Group, Adelante, associates have the opportunity to participate in professional development programs, volunteer initiatives, and other fun activities that bring the Latino culture to life in our offices.  And that’s just one of the ways our associates embrace, honor, and celebrate the Latino culture. In addition, we sponsor several professional organizations that help us attract and develop diverse talent in all areas of our business, including the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement and the Hispanic IT Executive Council.

We’re proud to team up with The Alumni Society, extending our connections with Latino thought-leaders. Our partnership with The Alumni Society reinforces our belief in the power of diversity and we are excited to meet and network with all of its impressive and talented members.
