Ann is a strategic business leader with a strong record of delivering growth and successfully scaling organizations. She has a deep understanding of strategic considerations and challenges associated with high-profile, rapidly growing global brands and events, primarily in the sports & entertainment and consumer products businesses.
A 20+ year veteran of the sports industry, Ann’s focus has been on business transformation for global sports brands, often guiding the process from inception through to maturity. She has served on the leadership teams of three start up professional soccer teams, most notably, leading the creation of Atlanta United FC, a record-setting Major League Soccer expansion team. Additionally, she has served as Chief Operating Officer of the Women’s National Basketball Association (the longest- running women’s professional league in the world) and as Chief Strategy & People Officer for the summer Olympic Games (the world’s largest sporting event).
Ann’s strategic acumen combined with her diverse breadth of functional experience and ability to integrate across functions make her a uniquely valuable advisor.
