Cinthia joined Google as Director, Talent Outreach in November 2021 after almost 20 years at Capital One. Cinthia began her career in product management in the credit card industry. Since then, she embarked on opportunities in project management, process management, and risk management.
In 2015, Cinthia transferred to human resources where she held roles in diversity, equity, and inclusion, leadership development, and as a human resources business partner. In 2018, she became Head of Campus Recruiting and Programs for Capital One, where her team delivered amazing recruiting and program experiences for thousands of candidates and associates.
Cinthia holds a bachelor of science in business administration from University of the Ozarks and a master of arts in Latin American studies from Georgetown University. She is a proud wife and mother of three children and loves to travel and read when she finds the time.
