A veteran c-suite leader, Tejeda has served as Chief Marketing Officer at Anywhere Real Estate Inc., Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at SoundExchange, and Senior Vice President, Head of Communications at Audacy Inc. (formerly CBS Radio Inc. and Entercom). She held senior marketing and transformation roles at Univision, PepsiCo, and Diageo, and began her marketing career at Ogilvy & Mather after several years on Wall Street at Standard & Poor’s.
With a sharp focus on operational and business efficiency, Tejeda has structured complex transformations, identifying opportunities for marketing investment rationalizations and operating best practices that fuel reinvestment for business growth. An expert in data and analytics, she has architected unified data infrastructures that integrate siloed businesses, creating reporting, analytics, and measurement capabilities that fuel data-driven business decisioning.
Tejeda is a disruptor in customer insights and data, pioneering the use of neuroscience to map in-depth business intelligence that fuels brand value, product strategy, and commercial growth plans. A champion of “emography”, she is charting a path for technology, AI, and data science to leverage human emotions and subconscious drivers as fuel for revenue and market share growth.

Tejeda earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University, a Master of Fine Arts degree in creative writing from The New School, and a certificate in financial analytics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is fluent in both Spanish and French and is a native New Yorker.
