About Our Speaker
Carlos Garcia is an executive coach and founder of Coaching Gravitas LLC. Previously, he was a partner at international executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles, where he led the Los Angeles office as well as the Supply Chain & Operations Officers Practice globally.
Garcia has extensive multinational experience leading business transformation programs for companies in the life sciences sector. He worked for Booz & Co across the Americas and Europe and for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in key production management and strategic planning roles.
Garcia earned an MBA at Columbia University’s Business School, where he was awarded the McKim Fellowship and completed a triple concentration in Operations Management, Marketing and Management of Organizations. He earned a BA in Economics at Haverford College.
He has relocated numerous times for his career, most recently to Los Angeles from Mexico City in 2004. He and his wife have four children and reside in Calabasas.
