Where are you from?

From the Borderplex region of El Paso, TX and Cd Juárez Mexico. 

What do you do?

Founder and Managing Partner of a new venture fund called No Border Ventures & Professor of Entrepreneurship at UT El Paso.

What is a career accomplishment you’re proud of?

Proud of launching No Border Ventures, an early stage venture fund to support “good trouble-makers” that will build the next wave of unicorns in the Southwest+Mountain region. We’re completing our first close before the end of the year.

In the spirit of giving and receiving, what do you seek from this network and what do you want to contribute?

Engage with LPs and investors who want to support founders from the Southwest+Mountain region / Support founders from the region in their endeavors.

What is a fun fact about you that you’d like to share with the network?

I was in a touring rock band before deciding to go to college.
