Where are you from?

I am Mexican-American and grew up in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

What do you do?

I am currently leading deposit product transformation at Citi. I am a product manager and strategist with robust expertise driving end-to-end development across multi-platform products and features. I have wide-ranging experience across financial services, art, media, and entertainment. I earned my MBA at Georgetown University in 2017.

What is a career accomplishment you’re proud of?

I had the honor of ringing the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange in June of 2021, in celebration of the launch of the Chosen Name initiative at Citi, which introduced the ability for clients to use their preferred first name on Citi-branded credit cards, an important step towards trans and non-binary equality.

In the spirit of giving and receiving, what do you seek from this network and what do you want to contribute?

I am looking forward to being part of this vibrant and accomplished network, building professional relationships, and supporting representation across the queer and Latino communities.

What is a fun fact about you that you’d like to share with the network?

I studied studio art as an undergraduate at New York University, and had the opportunity to share 3D-printed sculptures and animation projects at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
