Where are you from?

Jersey City, New Jersey; Puerto Rican

What do you do?

I am a human resources executive and executive coach and I teach human capital finance at the Columbia University Graduate School of Professional Studies.

What is a career accomplishment you’re proud of?

I lived and worked as a human resources executive both in the UK and France for several years.

In the spirit of giving and receiving, what do you seek from this network and what do you want to contribute?

I seek comradery with fellow Latinos who are passionate about advancing and showcasing the Latino perspective. I hope to share my personal and professional experiences to help inform the diversity of our community.

What is a fun fact about you that you’d like to share with the network?

I’m a great cook of Puerto Rican cuisine (thank you Abuela for teaching me!).
