Meet Joe Lischwe
An ongoing series from The Alumni Society spotlighting its impressive members
Alma mater: Northwestern & Penn | Location: New York City
I am a Peruvian who has grown up across the US, particularly the northeast (Philadelphia and New York).
I am a partner at Bain & Company, where I work as a strategy consultant.
Helping to launch a nonprofit focused on closing the racial wealth gap (OneTen.org) given Bain’s social impact commitment to racial equity and social justice and as a core member of the coalition.
In the spirit of giving and receiving, what do you seek from this network and what do you want to contribute?
I hope to provide mentorship and guidance to those looking to excel in consulting (or financial services in New York as that is a space I am close to). I am also looking to grow my network of powerful corporate Latinos across industries and geographies.
I love spicy food. I recently completed the Hot Ones Challenge of eating progressively spicier wings and some of the hottest hot sauce available. It was fun, but I learned my love for spicy food is subject to the amount of scoville units.
