Where are you from?
I was born and raised in Lima, so I consider myself a “fully-baked” Peruvian.
What are you up to today?
I’m the vice president of communications at AARP, the nation’s largest advocacy organization.
What is a career accomplishment you’re proud of?
Having graduated from an ambitious master’s program (Georgetown) while working full time and raising two boys ages four and two.

Sharing ideas, challenges, and opportunities with other Latino executives across various industries.
What are you passionate about or what drives you?
I’m passionate about paving the way for other Latinas to break into leadership and executive roles.
