Where are you from?

I am originally from Bogota, Colombia.

What do you do?

Entrepreneur. I started six years ago a company called Latin Goodness Foods/DBA MASPANADAS. We manufacture frozen empanadas, while offering support to immigrant Hispanic women in vulnerable situations.

What is a career accomplishment you’re proud of?

Reaching nationwide distribution with our products!

In the spirit of giving and receiving, what do you seek from this network and what do you want to contribute?

I am looking to find “my tribe” to share lessons learned, a network, and elevate one another.

What is a fun fact about you that you’d like to share with the network?

I am trained as a biologist – went all the way through PhD and even post-graduate fellowship. But hey, science is the best possible preparation for entrepreneurship!
