Meet Nikol Limaduran

What do you do?

Currently in a transition period after being affected by Amazon layoffs, I am searching for my next career opportunity in an account management or business development role at a travel/tech company. As a highly collaborative, data-driven, ambitious, and empathetic leader, I have 10+ years of experience developing partnerships and executing strategic accounts, reducing time spent on internal processes by as much as 87% YoY, and increasing customer satisfaction. I’ve also been recognized for my training and mentorship of peers.

Outside of work, I am the founder of the NotesbyNikol blog through which I provide insightful and concise travel content. Additionally, I launched my Travel Advising services in partnership with Fora Travel to further share my passion for travel and help people plan their best trip yet.

What is a career accomplishment you’re proud of?

Leading the growth of the LATAM region for Amazon Explore, a virtual interactive service that offers virtual experiences for US customers.

In the spirit of giving and receiving, what do you seek from this network and what do you want to contribute?

I’d like to grow my network with like-minded LatinX as I search for my next job. I’d also love to mentor others, help organize activities, and join a leadership board.

What is a fun fact about you that you’d like to share with the network?

I have been a digital nomad for the past two years and move to a different US city almost every month. I also have my own travel blog @notesbynikol where I share travel tips and recommendations.
