Where are you from?

I am from Martinez, California, and spent half of my childhood in Coronado, California, which I consider home. My mother’s side of the family is from Jalisco, Mexico, and Aguascaliente, Mexico.

Where are you based now?

Long Island, New York

What are you up to today?

I am an executive recruiter at Google. I focus on delivering excellent leadership talent for our marketing organization.

What is a career accomplishment you’re proud of?

Seeing the amazing people I have recruited having net positive impact on the business.

What benefits or values do you seek in networking platforms such as The Alumni Society?

Little by little, evening the playing field for all talent to feel that awesome roles in their area are accessible.

What are you passionate about or what drives you?

I love that I change people’s lives by giving them a career opportunity that can bring personal, industry, and societal change.
