Ryan Morales Green is the Founder and Producing Artistic Director of the Latiné Musical Theatre Lab, where he pioneers innovative approaches to advancing equity for Latine artists and audiences in the industry. His personal journey as a queer man informs his dedication to advancing intersectional representation within Latinidad, recognizing that if the most marginalized among us aren’t seen, the true diversity of our community remains unseen. With over a decade as an AEA musical theatre actor before founding the Lab, he now applies his industry experience to foster change and progress in the art form. The Latiné Musical Theatre Lab, established in November 2021, develops and advocates for new, Latine-written musicals and the careers of their writers, for the purpose of radically expanding the tapestry of stories told in the art form of musical theatre.
