Ashley Estrada works at JPMorganChase as Vice President, Commercial Banker in the Commercial & Investment Bank based in Los Angeles.
Ashley provides comprehensive and forward-looking solutions to privately owned companies with annual revenues over $20 million in the form of tech-enabled cash management tools, tailored financing/lending, and corporate advisory. Ashley works with business clients across industries with a focus on beauty, ecommerce, apparel, media & entertainment, manufacturing, and professional services. She is also an Analyst Resource Manager guiding recent college graduates through their 2.5 year entry-level rotational program.
As a business leader committed to giving back to her community, Ashley played a role in establishing Chase’s sponsorship of the Latino Business Action Network (LBAN), a nonprofit that scales Latino businesses across the nation. She also serves on the LA Advisory Council for the Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF).
Ashley is a first-generation Guatemalan-American and a native Spanish speaker. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she attended Immaculate Heart High School and she earned a B.S. in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University. She holds certifications in Entrepreneurship from Cornell University; Management Accelerator issued by McKinsey & Co; and Inside LVMH from Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy. Outside of her professional commitments, Ashley enjoys going to beach, playing beach volleyball, taking spin classes, watching movies, listening to Latin music, and reading books.

Where are you originally from?
I was born in Los Angeles and spent all my childhood summers in Guatemala.
How long have you lived in the LA area?
I grew up in the Echo Park and Hollywood areas of Los Angeles, until I moved to New York for college and early career. I spent a few years in Orange County before moving back to Los Angeles in 2023.
What is your absolute favorite thing to do in your area?
There are so many things to do in Los Angeles, but I do enjoy going to the beach on weekends and playing beach volleyball with friends.

Budonoki, The Hummingbird Ceviche House, Barra Santos, Arroz & Fun, and Majordomo.
What’s a random fact you’ve learned about your market that you’d like to share with others?
Los Angeles is the only North American city to have hosted the Summer Olympics twice (1932 and 1984). Los Angeles is scheduled to host the Summer Olympics for the third time in 2028.

Recognized as one of the 50 Most Influential Latinos and part of Atlanta’s 40 Under 40, Yovany is an impactful influencer. He founded the Hispanic Corporate Council of Atlanta (HCCA), facilitating the collaboration and partnership of 43 corporations. He helped organize purpose-driven treks that raised funds for approximately 450 orphans in some of the world’s most remote and iconic locations, including Mouth Everest in Nepal, Mount Cotopaxi in Ecuador, and the Inca Trail in Peru.

Yo soy Cubano. I was born and raised in Havana for the first 12 years of life.
How long have you lived in the Los Angeles market?
We moved from Atlanta to Los Angeles four years ago. I have also lived in Boston, Miami, Chicago, and Hanover, New Hampshire.
What is your absolute favorite thing to do in your area?
Tuesday Night Ultimate Frisbee! I picked up the sport at boarding school, played in college, and I rush at every opportunity to chase that flawless, flying disc.

Frijoles, Tropicana, Cheesecake Factory, Benihana, and In-N-Out (cheeseburgers in paradise!).
What’s a random fact you’ve learned about your market that you’d like to share with others?
There are insect seasons: ants, flies, and spiders! But, they are tolerable because the weather is enjoyable through 90% of the year.
