Leslie Zamora-Murguía is the global head of learning and engagement at TPG. In her role, she is responsible for retaining and developing all talent within TPG via a learning and engagement strategy that enables employees to gain mastery of their function and continue their professional development while aligning to business strategy. Additionally, Leslie is a human resources business partner overseeing talent priorities to TPG’s growth and impact platforms.
She also serves as the chair of the TPG Hispanic and Latino Employee Affinity Group since 2019. As chair, she leads a steering committee of EAG members that helps promote connectivity and community outreach and educates other TPG employees about important issues impacting the Latinx community.
Prior to joining TPG, Leslie was a vice president in the global equities strategy and management team at Goldman Sachs. In her role, she focused on corporate strategy, financial performance, regulatory requirements, and talent strategy. She started her career with Goldman Sachs within the Human Capital Management Division as a learning and development professional and later held an human resources business partner role.
Leslie received a BA in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. She currently lives in Dallas with her partner and three daughters.
