The US has reached an inflection point impacting every aspect of society. The Alumni Society, as the nation’s premier network of Latino leaders, is determined to step up during this critical time and lead the way towards a more tolerant, equitable, and prosperous future for all.

This year’s Leadership Summit theme is ConeXión, a reminder of the cultural connection that bonds us and a call to embrace the exponential power we wield when we move as one. We will focus on strengthening our ties, expanding our collective knowledge and reach, and driving change that centers Latinos as the future of America.

The 2023 Leadership Summit will take place at Virgin Hotels New York City located at 1227 Broadway (at the northwest corner of 29th Street and Broadway) in Manhattan's up-and-coming NoMad neighborhood. Virgin Hotels New York City enjoys proximity to landmarks such as the Empire State Building, Madison Square Park, and Madison Square Garden. Be one of the first to experience this iconic brand in New York City in a fresh, contemporary hotel and event space!

For members who are traveling, The Alumni Society has reserved a small block of rooms at Virgin Hotels New York City for the nights of June 21 and June 22 at a discounted rate of $379 per night, plus taxes and fees. The discounted room rate expires on May 31.

What is Leadership Summit?

Leadership Summit is The Alumni Society’s annual flagship event, and one of the most powerful gatherings of Latinos in America. It’s an entire day of panel discussions, talks, networking activities, and more, all of which aim to foster career-changing professional development and connection opportunities for our members.

You must be a member of The Alumni Society in order to attend Leadership Summit.

How much does it cost to attend Leadership Summit?

We have a Super Early Bird rate of $129, which expires on March 31. From April 1 to April 30, the Early Bird rate is $149. From May 1 to May 31, the Standard Ticket is $199. Beginning June 1, the Full-Priced Ticket is $249.
