Steven Wolfe Pereira is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Encantos, PBC (“Encantos”), the award-winning storyteaching platform that connects creators with kids to inspire them to learn 21st century skills.

Inspired by a world of culture, Encantos is on a mission to help kids everywhere learn 21st century skills through the power of Storyteaching. Mr. Wolfe Pereira has led Encantos to become one of the most promising and impactful companies creating digital and physical products for kids 12 and under. Encantos’ family brands include the Emmy-nominated and 2x Kidscreen award-winning #1 bilingual preschool brand Canticos, the Day of the Dead-inspired resilience brand Skeletitos, and the adventure-based travel brand Tiny Travelers. Named by Fast Company as one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies, Encantos has also earned recognition as one the top six edtech startups to watch by The Information and one of the top 100 startups in 2020 by Business Insider.

An Emmy-nominated executive producer and accomplished technology executive, Mr. Wolfe Pereira has been named by Adweek as one of the “50 Most Indispensable Executives in Marketing, Media and Tech” as well as one of the top Chief Marketing Technology Officers. He has served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Datalogix (acquired by Oracle), Neustar (acquired by Golden Gate Capital) and Quantcast. Mr. Wolfe Pereira has also held executive roles at Publicis Groupe, Univision and Akamai Technologies. He began his career in finance at The Blackstone Group, Salomon Smith Barney (Citi) and Violy, Byorum & Partners.

A passionate supporter of women, diversity and STEAM education initiatives, Mr. Wolfe Pereira serves as a board director of the Ad Council, the Kapor Center’s SMASH program and the Latino Community Foundation. He earned a B.A. from Tufts University, was a Fulbright Scholar and completed the Greater Boston Executive MBA Program at MIT’s Sloan School of Management. A Dominican-American born and raised in New York, Mr. Wolfe Pereira now lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.
