In partnership with global investment firm KKR, The Alumni Society hosted a free-flowing, relaxed evening of conversation between high-achieving Latino leaders on Wednesday, May 1. Held at 1 Hotel Central Park in New York City, Influencers Dinner: New York offered the opportunity for legal and finance executives to network and learn from one another over cocktails and an intimate dinner—and to build lasting relationships in the process.
A number of KKR executives were on hand over the course of the evening, not only to engage in meaningful discussion with the over 20 guests in attendance but to facilitate discussion as well. KKR representatives included Carla King, principal, legal; David Sorkin, general counsel; Melissa Brandow, senior compliance officer; Nonie Lame, director, human resources; and Lew Breckenridge, Chief Compliance Officer of KKR Private Markets and KKR Capital Markets.
